Allan Wasserman has recently appeared as Adam Sandler's doctor in "Funny People" directed by Judd Apatow, and as Matthew Broderick's psychiatrist in "Finding Amanda" directed by Peter Tolan. He was recently seen in "Certifiably Jonathan" starring Jonathan Winters. Allan's other film credits include"Big," "Little Big League" and "Cocktail". His numerous television appearances include guest starring roles on "Two Broke Girls," "Bones," "The Office," "ER," "The Sopranos," "Boston Legal," "Las Vegas," "Sex and the City," "Curb your Enthusiasm"and "Seinfeld". On stage, he performed in the Broadway production of "The Basic Training of Pavlo Hummel" with Al Pacino and directed by David Wheeler. Off Broadway in "Coming Attractions" and numerous regional theatre productions dating back over thirty years. As a writer Allan has published several award winning short stories including "The Toughest Cat In The Bronx," "Bozza," and "Finkelstein the Bear". Allan is the bandleader of The Allan Wasserman Jazz Ensemble. Along with an acting and music career, Allan has been a financial advisor for the past thirty years and is a west coast Vice President of American Portfolios based in New York.
